CREATIVE MINDS : the show must go on????

    Today we shot our project called CREATIVE MINDS and i think we did okay....we plan everything and the day before we set up the lights and the scene. however, we had some miner problems during the show, as we try to fix the problem there's always another small problem.... during the middle of the show the sign came down but we try to continue without the sign. like they say "the SHOW MUST GOO ONN.." But i think we try our best to make this happen and i hope we did okay....

Three or two hours .of. .....zzzz

I can't believe it but it been two days I haven't had a good sleep but today is the last day .... I been trying to finish editing last night but I fell asleep at 3:30 in the morning ... Soo today is when the film is due I hope we I'd good .....  But this week has been alright it wasn't that bad like the weeks before ...

AS THE DAY GOES BY, A WEEK IS GONNNNEE!!!!!!

        It been hard lately the script , the crew, the shots, the scene, and the time.... As we try to finish the shots and the scenes, its kind  of hard to get this all wrap up in one. The time feels short every time we try to finish a scene but somehow, we could make this happen and create this film. But its kind of been stressful trying to be an actress and CO-Director all at once. Trying to memorize the line is one thing and trying  to be CO- Director is another but the pressure i don't mind sometimes.... Sometimes i think we can be successful and create this film but there are moments that i don't know...... But all i can say, " i hope we can get through this from here on out......."

The 85th Academy Awards : OSCARS!!! 2013

       The Academy Awards is finally here!!This Sunday at 8:30pm - 11:30pm... It'll be taking place at the Kodak Theater and hosted by Seth Macfarlane. I cant wait for the Oscars, this is what we all been waiting for even the Actors, Actress, Directors....etc.    Every once a year there always something new like actors or actresses we never heard of, finally get nominated. We all get that feeling of intense to find out who wins an award for Best actor or Best Picture ,,,,....etc. But it fun to watch the reaction of the celebrates when they win a Award (like they didn't even know).... I hope Quvenzhane Wallis win for Best actress, i think she did pretty good for a young actress its rare to see a young actress nominated for best actress. But there a chance she might not win by look the at the competition it going to be tough.  For Best Picture i think Argo will win since it a pretty good movie, but i'll be shock if they didn't win. I  think Lincoln might have a chance, but it not going to be easy to catch up with Argo.....The Oscars this year is going to be interesting, by look of the nominees this competition is going to be tough.........

OSCAR'S 2013 : BEST PICTURE !!!

        The films nominees for BEST PICTURE of 2013 are :
AMOUR, ARGO, BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD, DJANGO UNCHAINED, LES MISERABLES, LIFE OF PI, LINCOLN, SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK, 
ZERO DARK THIRTY...... the film i choose to discuss about is Lincoln, This film capture my attention.
        The film is based on a biography of Lincoln's final four months of Lincoln's life. in the time the Civil war was coming close and the freedom to the slaves by the emancipation proclamation, as Abraham Lincoln try to find a way to pass the thirteen amendment to the constitution that will outlaw the slavery everywhere in the U.S.A... As Lincoln uses hist political power to convince the congressmen. The film (LINCOLN) was Directed by Steven Spielberg and Produced by Kathleen Kennedy & Steven Spielberg.This film some how captures my attention as i watch the film.
          Lincoln being nominated for BEST PICTURE i wasn't surprised, i knew Lincoln was going to be nominated. i love how the film capture the story good and i like some of the shots they capture. But i think the film will win for Best Picture but the competition  is tough..........

OSCARS : BEST ACTRESS of 2013!!!!

     The Nominees for best ACTRESS of 2013 are:
Jessica Chastain(ZERO DARK THIRTY), Quvenzhane Wallis(BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD), Jennifer Lawrence(SLIVER LININGS PLAYBOOK), Emmanuelle Riva(AMOUR), Naomi Watts(THE IMPOSSIBLE)....... I decided to discuss about Quvenzhane Wallis 's performance in BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD, this film is about a five or six  year old girl (Hushpuppy) and her hot tempered father are encouraging about their life now and their future. At the children school Hushpuppy was taught by Miss Bathsheba about Survival and the ruthless prehistoric creatures. As Hushpuppy defends herself while her father is missing....

     
        Quvenzhane Wallis plays as HUSHPUPPY, an imaginative and strong young girl living with her hot tempered father in Louisiana swampland. Wallis being one of the nominees for BEST actress, i was glad because she is one of the young actress that was nominated for best actress and you don't see that often, i think she did pretty good playing her character. Her character was really imaginative but also strong when things go wrong.
      I think Quvenzhane Wallis might win for BEST actress because she was good at playing her character then other young actress soo far...............

OSCAR'S : supporting ACTRESS of 2013!!!!

         The nominees for best supporting Actress for the Oscars of 2013 are :
Amy Adams (THE MASTER), Sally Field (LINCOLN), Anne Hathaway (LES MISERABLES), Helen Hunt (THE SESSIONS), and Jacki Weaver (SILVER LINING PLAYBOOK).... I decided to discuss about Sally Field's performance in Lincoln, this film is based on a biography of Lincoln's final four months of Lincoln's life and  focusing on the president's efforts to have the Thirteenth Amendment to the united states.
    Sally Field plays as Mary Todd Lincoln, the wife of the sixteenth president and a grieving mother who cared about her family's safety. Field being one of the nominees for best supporting actress, it was a little bit surprising but i was glad. Her character  was really supportive to her husband about the Thirteenth Amendment , she never wanted to be invisible like other womens and she would talk to the congressmen to discuss about making the right choice for voting  . 

          I think Sally Field might win for Best Supporting Actress because the role that she played and how she brought out her character to life........
